The Theatre Box Office 01603 629921 is open from from 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9.30am on Saturdays when we have a workshop or performance scheduled.

Reserved tickets must be paid for within 7 days of booking or 45 minutes before the event (whichever is sooner), after which uncollected reservations will be released for resale.
All tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled by Norwich Puppet Theatre. However tickets can be offered for resale if the event sells out. This service is subject to a handling charge of £1 per ticket.
Norwich Puppet Theatre accepts payments by cash, cheque, and most credit/debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Amex. There is a surcharge of 50p per booking - £1 if tickets are posted - on all card and cheque payments. Please note - we cannot take Electron payment over the phone, but you can use an Electron card in person.
Paid tickets can be held at the theatre for collection at any time before the performance or workshop, or they can be posted at a charge of 50p, or you can send a S.A.E.
