| Norwich Puppet Theatre presents Clay Modelling Workshop
A short time is spent experimenting and playing with the clay, learning about simple modelling and surface decoration. Then you have the chance to create a model head on an armature, a "mask" on a modelling board, or a model of a fantastical creature - the choice is yours. This is probably the messiest of our workshops so please don't wear "Sunday Best"! If possible, please bring a small cardboard box with you to take your model home with you. The children's workshops at the Puppet Theatre run for 1½ hours (unless otherwise stated) and during the first part of the session the children all work together under the guidance of the workshop leaders. Then there is a short break - where refreshments may be purchased in the Puppet Theatre shop, or you can bring your own along. The second part of the session is when free creativity is let reign!
