Norwich Puppet Theatre presents
Imaginary Creatures Family Puppet Making Workshop

a green goblin character with a big brown spikey hat and a red featherAnother chance for adults and children to work together and create a puppet.  This time the theme is imaginary creatures - perhaps an imp or goblin, or something from your own imagination?

The character of the puppet you make is up to you ... and you can make one between your family group or one for each of the ticket holders.

A great way to spend an hour and a half with your children creating puppets to take home with you.

The workshops at the Puppet Theatre run for 1½ hours (unless otherwise stated) and during the first part of the session everyone will work together under the guidance of the workshop leaders to make the basic 'skeleton' of the puppet. Then there is a short break - where refreshments may be purchased in the Puppet Theatre shop, or you can bring your own along.  After the break it is free creativity time where the puppet's chararacter comes to life - with facial features, hands, costume, accessories etc.  All the materials are included in the price of the workshop.   At the end of the session you will have a puppet to take home with you!
